Rutin plus immunotherapy and chemo before bladder cancer surgery
Treatments studied
Part of Cancer, Kidney & urinary clinical trials.
This trial tests a combination of the natural supplement rutin, an immunotherapy (tislelizumab), and two chemotherapy drugs (gemcitabine and cisplatin) before surgery for bladder cancer that didn't respond to initial chemo. It aims to see if this mix can shrink tumors better.

This study tests a combination of chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and radiation to treat muscle-invasive bladder cancer while trying to avoid bladder removal. It compares this approach to a watch-and-wait strategy, and also looks at adding maintenance immunotherapy.
This trial tests a combination of two drugs (eribulin and toripalimab) given before surgery to remove bladder cancer. The goal is to shrink the tumor and improve outcomes for people with advanced or high-risk bladder cancer.
This trial tests adding two immunotherapy drugs (cemiplimab and fianlimab) to standard chemotherapy (gemcitabine and cisplatin) for people with bladder cancer that has grown into the muscle layer but hasn't spread. The goal is to see if adding these immunotherapies helps shrink the tumor before surgery.
This trial tests a combination of a targeted drug (HDAC inhibitor, given directly into the bladder) and an immunotherapy (Durvalumab, given through a vein) before bladder removal surgery. It's for people with muscle-invasive bladder cancer who cannot take the chemo drug cisplatin.
This trial tests a dense schedule of two chemotherapy drugs (gemcitabine and cisplatin) given before bladder removal surgery. It aims to shrink the tumor and improve outcomes for people with bladder cancer that has grown into the muscle layer.
This trial studies giving toripalimab (an immunotherapy) together with gemcitabine and cisplatin before bladder surgery. It aims to shrink locally advanced bladder cancer and make surgery more effective by using the immune system and chemotherapy together.
