Who can take part

  • You are a surgical resident in the 2nd Surgical Department of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki
  • You have completed at least 1 year of your residency training program
  • You agree to be randomly assigned to either VR training or standard training
  • You can use a virtual reality device without health restrictions
  • The thyroid surgery cases you work on are not complex (such as recurrent disease or cancer spread)
