- You are an orthopedic resident in training years 1–4 (PGY 1-4)
- You are currently enrolled in the orthopedic residency program at Vajira Hospital in Bangkok
- You have never had virtual reality training for pelvic bone fixation procedures before
- You have performed antegrade anterior column screw placement 5 times or fewer
- You can complete all study procedures without major barriers
