- You are a resident doctor in an anaesthesia training program recognized by the Royal College of Anaesthetists
- You are in training stage 1, 2, or 3
- You do not have a visual impairment (glasses or contacts are fine)
- You have no history of severe diseases that affect movement or balance
- You have not taken any drugs that could affect movement or balance in the last 12 hours
- You are not pregnant
- You have not had alcohol in the last 24 hours
