Who can take part

  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You can read and understand Turkish.
  • You are having open heart surgery for the first time and it is planned (not an emergency).
  • You have no problems with hearing, vision, or balance.
  • You are alert and able to communicate clearly.
  • You do not have any physical disability that would prevent you from moving.
