Who can take part

  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You have an implantable electronic heart device, like a pacemaker or defibrillator.
  • Your device was implanted at Qianfoshan Hospital between 2015 and 2025.
  • You did not have severe tricuspid valve leakage or surgery on that valve before getting the device.
  • You do not have severe heart valve disease, a congenital heart defect, or a serious irregular heartbeat.
  • Your pacemaker is not a single-chamber type (it has more than one lead).
