Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older.
  • You were diagnosed with stage IIB or III ER+/HER2- breast cancer at least 5 years ago (but no more than 20 years ago).
  • You have completed at least 5 years of hormone therapy (like tamoxifen or an aromatase inhibitor) and stopped it at least 4 weeks ago.
  • A blood test shows you have circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA), which may mean there's a small amount of cancer cells still present.
  • You have no signs of cancer spread on CT or other scans.
  • You are willing to have a bone marrow or organ function check that meets certain lab targets.
