- You have been diagnosed with EBV-positive diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL)
- You are between 18 and 70 years old
- You have measurable disease on a PET/CT scan
- You are generally in good health (ECOG performance status 0-2)
- Your organs (liver, kidneys, heart, bone marrow) are functioning adequately
- You have not had prior treatment for this lymphoma
