Who can take part

  • You must have a certain type of DLBCL called non-GCB that has spread outside the lymph nodes.
  • You need at least one tumor that can be measured (at least 1.5 cm in a node or 1 cm outside a node).
  • Your daily activities should be fairly good (ECOG score 0 to 2).
  • Your heart, kidneys, and liver must work well enough (heart ejection fraction of 50% or more, adequate kidney and liver function).
  • Your blood counts must be in a safe range (platelets at least 50,000, hemoglobin at least 8, neutrophils at least 1,000).
