Who can take part

  • You have advanced solid tumor or prostate cancer that has not responded to standard treatment.
  • You are 18 to 75 years old.
  • Your overall health is good enough to carry out daily activities (ECOG score 0-2).
  • Your blood counts, liver, kidney, and heart function are within certain limits.
  • You have not had recent major surgery, serious heart issues, or active infections.
  • For prostate cancer: your testosterone level is very low (≤50 ng/dL).
