Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 80 years old.
- You have a solid tumor that is advanced or has spread, and standard treatment has not worked or you could not tolerate it.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a CT or MRI scan.
- You are generally able to take care of yourself (ECOG performance status 0 or 1).
- You have adequate organ function (kidney, liver, blood, and clotting) as shown by blood tests.
- You agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after the last dose.
