Who can take part

  • You have advanced prostate cancer or another advanced solid tumor that has not responded to standard treatments.
  • You are 18 or older (75 or younger for most cancers, but any age for prostate cancer).
  • You can perform daily activities with little or no help (ECOG 0-1).
  • Your cancer has at least one spot that can be seen on a scan (measurable lesion), or for prostate cancer, spread to other parts of the body.
  • You have adequate organ function, such as blood counts, liver, and kidney tests within certain limits.
  • You agree to use effective contraception for 6 months after the last dose.
