Who can take part

  • You are 13 years old or older.
  • You have not had any major injuries or surgeries in the last 6 months.
  • You have at least 3 years of competitive judo experience and have been actively competing for at least 1 year.
  • You have competed at least at the national level.
  • You do not have any systemic, neurological, or rheumatological diseases.
  • You are not in the pre-pubertal stage (Tanner I).
