  • You are a female soccer player between 13 and 16 years old
  • You train at soccer at least 3 times per week
  • You have not had surgery on your legs, ankles, knees, or hips
  • You do not currently have any muscle, bone, or joint injuries
  • You and your parent or guardian are willing to give permission for you to join
