Who can take part

  • You are between 10 and 18 years old
  • You have symptoms of complex PTSD (like reliving trauma, trouble with emotions and relationships)
  • You can read and write well enough for writing-based exercises
  • You and your parent or guardian agree to take part in the study
  • You do not have a severe mental health condition (like schizophrenia or autism) that would interfere
  • You have not had suicidal thoughts in the past 6 months, and are no longer in a traumatic situation
