Who can take part

  • You speak, read, and write English fluently
  • You have access to a computer or device for virtual meetings
  • You are between 18 and 65 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with both PTSD and BPD or BPD traits
  • You have completed a DBT skills group at St. Joseph's Community Psychiatry Clinic
  • You do not have untreated psychosis, mania, or active severe substance use problems
