Who can take part

  • You have small cell lung cancer that has spread and come back after at least one prior treatment, including immunotherapy, and also after tarlatamab if it was available for you.
  • You have had no more than 3 prior cancer treatments overall.
  • You are well enough to be up and about (ECOG score 0–2).
  • Your cancer has grown on scans since your last treatment, and you have tumors that can be measured.
  • You have waited at least 2 weeks (or longer depending on the drug) since your last cancer treatment, and any side effects (except hair loss) have mostly resolved.
  • You can swallow capsules whole without chewing or crushing.
