- You are 18 or older
- You have been diagnosed with prolonged grief disorder (complicated grief)
- You can read and understand Spanish
- You have a computer, a smartphone, and internet access
- You are not at high risk of suicide
- You are not currently in other talk therapy for grief, and your medications are stable
