Jumping exercises for kids with leg burns

Who can take part

  • Your child is between 7 and 15 years old.
  • The burn is on the back of the leg (hamstring area) and has healed (no open wounds).
  • The burn covers between 3% and 10% of their body surface (about the size of 3 to 10 palms).
  • Your child has some trouble moving their knee because of the burn.
  • Your child does not have serious mental health issues, fractures, nerve problems, or severe heart disease.
