Who can take part

  • You must have advanced non-small cell lung cancer diagnosed between January 2011 and June 2024.
  • Your medical records must have follow-up information available until at least December 2024.
  • You must have a specific mutation other than ALK, BRAF, EGFR, KRAS, or ROS1, or no targetable mutation.
  • Your PD-L1 level must be 50% or higher on a lab test before starting treatment.
  • Your first treatment must have been immunotherapy or chemoimmunotherapy only (no other types).

This trial tests a personalized treatment using your own immune cells (called TILs) to fight advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has progressed after standard therapy. You would have surgery to collect a tumor sample, then receive your expanded immune cells back as an infusion.
