Who can take part
- You must be at least 18 years old and weigh at least 35 kg (about 77 lbs).
- Your cancer must be stage 2, 3, or early-stage that has come back, and it must not have been treated before.
- Your cancer must test positive for a marker called PD-L1, with a score of at least 50%.
- You must be able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1) and have a life expectancy of at least 12 weeks.
- You cannot have major health problems like uncontrolled infections, heart disease, or other cancers, and you cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You must have had a PET/CT scan and a brain MRI or CT scan within the last 6 weeks.
