Who can take part
- You have non-small cell lung cancer that is stage II (cannot be removed by surgery), stage III, or has come back after earlier treatment.
- Your cancer has not been treated yet for this current stage.
- A test shows your tumor has at least 50% PD-L1, a protein that helps the immune system fight cancer.
- You are willing to have radiation and receive an immunotherapy drug (durvalumab).
- You are able to have a PET/CT scan and an MRI or CT of your brain within 6 weeks before starting.
- Your blood counts, kidney, and liver function are within certain limits.
