- You are a surgeon or work at a surgical practice that does breast lump removal, gallbladder removal, or hernia repair.
- Your practice orders routine medical tests (like blood tests or X-rays) for at least 3 out of every 10 patients having one of these surgeries.
- You treat adult patients (18 years or older) for these procedures.
