First-in-human trial of GB268 for advanced solid tumors

  • Advanced or metastatic solid tumor that has not responded to standard therapy, or for which no standard therapy exists
  • Able to have daily activities without major help (ECOG score 0 or 1)
  • Life expectancy of at least 3 months
  • Good organ function as shown by blood tests
