  • You have an advanced solid tumor that has continued to grow despite standard treatments.
  • Your tumor must be measurable on imaging scans.
  • You must be willing to have a fresh biopsy of your tumor before and during treatment (for part of the study).
  • You cannot have active autoimmune disease, serious heart problems, or uncontrolled infections.
