Who can take part
- You are scheduled for decompression surgery to treat narrowing in your lower spine (lumbar spinal stenosis).
- You do not have active cancer or cancer that has spread.
- You do not have a neurological condition or other disorder that severely limits your movement.

- You can understand and speak Swedish well enough to take part in the program.
