Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You are scheduled for ectropion surgery on just one eye.
- You do not have conditions that cause very loose skin (like cutis laxa or Ehlers-Danlos syndrome).
- You do not have certain skin diseases such as ichthyosis, scleroderma, or psoriasis that might cause scarring of the eyelid.
- Your ectropion is not caused by paralysis (for example, from Bell's palsy or a stroke).
- You are not currently taking the acne medication isotretinoin (Accutane).
