Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You need to have both lower wisdom teeth that are stuck under the gums (impacted) and need to be removed.
  • Both wisdom teeth must be about the same level of difficulty to take out.
  • You must be willing to sign a consent form agreeing to the study procedures.
  • You must not have any medical condition that makes oral surgery unsafe, like bleeding problems or uncontrolled diseases.
