Who can take part

  • You are between 50 and 75 years old.
  • You have been told by a doctor you have mild memory loss (MCI).
  • You have a memory problem (you answer yes to 'Do you have a memory problem?').
  • You can walk on your own without a cane or walker.
  • You have not joined any exercise program in the last 6 months.
  • You do not have certain conditions like Parkinson's, stroke, or a nerve disorder.
