Who can take part
- You must have a diagnosis of metastatic colorectal cancer that has spread and cannot be removed with surgery.
- A prior genetic test must show your tumor has a RAS mutation, but BRAF status does not matter.
- You need to have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans and has not been treated with radiation, or has grown after radiation.
- You should be in fairly good health, able to perform daily activities without help (ECOG 0-1), and have adequate organ function.
