Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have a type of advanced colon or rectal cancer that has spread (metastatic) and does not have 'MSI-H' or 'dMMR' features (it is MSS or pMMR).
- Your tumor has a specific change called BRAF V600E mutation.
- You have not had prior chemotherapy for metastatic disease (some exceptions may apply).
- You are in generally good health (ECOG performance status 0-1).
