FGF19 protein and liver cancer outlook study

This trial looks at a specific gene (LINC01134) to see if it helps liver cancer spread in people with hepatitis C. The goal is to better understand why some cancers spread, which could lead to new treatments.

This trial tests a new drug, BB102, for people with a type of liver cancer called hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) that has stopped responding to or was not tolerated with certain prior treatments (like targeted therapy or immunotherapy). It is for those whose cancer cells make too much of a protein called FGF19.

This trial tests a new drug, ABSK-011, combined with standard care, against a placebo with standard care for people with advanced liver cancer that has a specific marker called FGF19 overexpression. The goal is to see if ABSK-011 can help slow the disease.

This trial tests a new drug called HH-009 for advanced or inoperable liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma, or HCC) that has a specific genetic marker called FGF19. The drug is designed to target this marker and may help slow or shrink the cancer in people whose disease has gotten worse despite previous treatment.

This trial tests two new targeted drugs (ABSK-011 and ABSK043) for people with advanced liver cancer whose tumors have high levels of the FGF19 protein and who have already tried at least one other treatment.

This trial is studying the role of a protein called FGF21 in women recently diagnosed with breast cancer. It aims to understand how FGF21 relates to breast cancer, which may help in future treatment decisions.
