HH-009 for Advanced Liver Cancer with FGF19 Marker

Advanced or Unresectable Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC)

Who can take part

  • You have advanced or inoperable liver cancer confirmed by biopsy or imaging, and your cancer has gotten worse despite prior treatment
  • Your tumor has tested positive for the FGF19 marker (a specific protein on cancer cells)
  • Your liver function is relatively preserved (Child-Pugh class A or B, meaning a score of 7 or less)
  • Your cancer is stage B or C on the BCLC scale (a system doctors use to classify liver cancer)
  • You have not received any cancer treatment in the past 4 weeks, and you have never been treated with FGFR inhibitors
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old, in generally good health, with a life expectancy of at least 12 weeks
