Who can take part
- You have advanced or inoperable liver cancer confirmed by biopsy or imaging, and your cancer has gotten worse despite prior treatment
- Your tumor has tested positive for the FGF19 marker (a specific protein on cancer cells)
- Your liver function is relatively preserved (Child-Pugh class A or B, meaning a score of 7 or less)
- Your cancer is stage B or C on the BCLC scale (a system doctors use to classify liver cancer)
- You have not received any cancer treatment in the past 4 weeks, and you have never been treated with FGFR inhibitors
- You are between 18 and 75 years old, in generally good health, with a life expectancy of at least 12 weeks
