  • You are 18 years old or older
  • Your heart has been checked and your LVEF (a measure of how well your heart pumps blood) is either below 50% or 50% or above
  • You can use a smartphone and a wearable device like a wristband or smartwatch
  • You do not have a pacemaker
  • You are not currently in another clinical trial
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
