This study tests wrapping the nerves next to the prostate with a special tissue graft during prostate cancer surgery. The goal is to see if it helps keep erectile function after surgery.

Who can take part
- You are at least 45 years old and a man.
- You have localized prostate cancer and are scheduled for prostate removal surgery with a nerve-sparing technique.
- You have no problems with erectile function before surgery (a score of 19 or higher on a standard questionnaire) and are interested in penetrative sexual intercourse.
- You do not have severe urinary leakage, have not had pelvic radiation or certain prostate surgeries, and do not have a history of open surgery in the pelvic area within the last 5 years.
- You are not taking immunosuppressants, chemotherapy, or hormone therapy like Lupron, and you are not allergic to certain antibiotics (like gentamicin or streptomycin).
- You are willing to follow the study instructions and complete follow-up surveys about your recovery.
