Who can take part

  • You have high-risk localized prostate cancer (Gleason 8 or higher, PSA 20 or higher, or tumor beyond the prostate on MRI).
  • You are scheduled for standard robotic prostate removal.
  • You have good erectile function before surgery (score of 17 or higher on a standardized questionnaire).
  • You have not had previous pelvic surgery or radiation.
  • You have not had prior focal therapy for prostate cancer.
  • You are able to complete questionnaires or have someone to help you.
