  • You are between 18 and 30 years old.
  • You can stand on your own without help.
  • You are able to walk without assistance.
  • You are willing to participate in the study.
  • You have no history of brain or inner ear problems that affect balance.
  • You do not have any muscle, joint, or bone problems in your spine, hips, or legs.
