- You are between 18 and 25 years old
- Your BMI (a measure of height-to-weight ratio) is between 18.5 and 29.9
- You have no diagnosed balance disorders, nerve problems, or mental health conditions
- You haven't had lower limb or spine surgery, or a recent injury to your legs or back
- You're not currently taking medications that affect balance or mood (like anti-anxiety or antidepressant medications)
- You haven't done yoga, Pilates, tai chi, or formal stress management classes in the last 6 months
