Who can take part

  • You are 15 to 18 years old
  • You have a narrow upper jaw and a Class I bite (normal bite relationship)
  • You have never had braces or other orthodontic treatment
  • You are generally healthy with no serious medical conditions
  • You do not smoke
  • You have good oral hygiene and are willing to get a blood test for vitamin D
