  • You are between 18 and 30 years old.
  • You have a narrow upper jaw that needs to be widened (with or without a crossbite).
  • You still have your upper first and second premolars and first molars.
  • You have never had braces or other orthodontic treatment.
  • You have good oral hygiene and healthy gums.
