Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with either episodic migraine or chronic migraine (as defined by headache specialists).
  • Your migraine pain has averaged at least 5 out of 10 on a pain scale over the past 4 weeks.
  • You do not have a mental illness diagnosis.
  • You are not sensitive to light (photophobic) in a way that would cause discomfort or harm during green light therapy.
  • You do not have a shunt, implant, or wound on your skull, and you have no history of brain tumors.
