Who can take part
- You had a CT scan, ultrasound, or MRI in the emergency department that showed fatty liver
- You were discharged from the emergency department to home (not admitted to the hospital)
- This is your first time at this hospital system with a fatty liver finding
- You are 18 years old or older
- You do not already have a diagnosed liver disease such as liver cancer, hepatitis B or C, cirrhosis, or alcoholic liver disease
