Who can take part

  • You have advanced or metastatic intrahepatic bile duct cancer that cannot be removed by surgery.
  • Your first standard treatment has failed or stopped working.
  • Cancer has spread to 5 or fewer spots in total, with no more than 3 spots in any one organ (like lung or liver).
  • All cancer spots can be safely treated with radiation.
  • You are 18 or older, in good daily health (ECOG 0–1), and expected to live more than 12 weeks.
  • Your blood counts and liver/kidney function are within certain limits.
