Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have advanced bile duct cancer (intrahepatic) that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread, with at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • You have not had any previous systemic cancer treatment (chemotherapy, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy) for this cancer.
  • If you had surgery or adjuvant therapy, it finished more than 6 months ago and your cancer came back.
  • Your cancer has not spread to other organs in a way that would require intravenous antibiotics for an active infection.
  • Your organs (kidney, liver, bone marrow) work well enough based on blood tests, and your heart function is normal.
