Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You have a KRAS mutation in your tumor or blood (like G12C, G12D, etc.) and your cancer has not responded to other treatments or there is no standard treatment.
  • You have not had chemotherapy or targeted therapy before for your cancer (except neoadjuvant or adjuvant therapy that ended more than 6 months ago).
  • You are able to do daily activities with little or no help (ECOG 0 or 1).
  • Your organs (heart, blood, liver, kidneys) are working well enough based on blood tests.
