Who can take part

  • You have advanced non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that cannot be removed by surgery or treated with radiation and chemotherapy together.
  • Your cancer cells have both an EGFR mutation and a TP53 mutation (special gene changes).
  • You have not had chemotherapy or radiation for advanced cancer, or if you did, it was more than 6 months ago.
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old, and your general health is good enough for daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • Your blood counts and organ function (liver, kidneys) are within acceptable ranges, and you do not have serious heart problems, active infections, or bleeding risks.
