  • You are 19 years or older
  • You have been diagnosed with cardiomyopathy (heart muscle disease)
  • Your cardiomyopathy is suspected to be genetic, not from other causes like high blood pressure or alcohol
  • If you had genetic testing before with no answers, you can still join
  • A close family member has the same type of cardiomyopathy
