Who can take part

  • Your cancer is advanced, meaning it has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
  • Your tumor has a specific change in the KRAS gene called G12D.
  • You have tried standard treatments and they no longer work, you cannot handle them, or you choose not to have them.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a CT or MRI scan.
  • You are well enough to do daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • Your cancer has not spread to the brain causing symptoms, or you have not had active brain metastases.
