Who can take part
- You must have advanced cancer (spread or not removable by surgery) with a specific genetic change called KRAS G12D.
- Standard treatments have either stopped working, caused too many side effects, or are not available for your cancer type, or you have chosen not to receive them.
- You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on a CT or MRI scan.
- You must be able to perform daily activities with little or no help (ECOG score of 0 or 1).
- You must not have been treated before with drugs that target KRAS G12D mutations.
- You must not have active or symptomatic brain metastases or cancerous meningitis.
