NSCLC (Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer)NSCLC Stage IV Without EGFR/ALK MutationNSCLC Adenocarcinoma

Treatments studied

Part of Cancer, Lungs & breathing clinical trials.

This trial tests if the immunotherapy drug pembrolizumab (Keytruda) can help people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer by boosting the body's own immune cells (T-cells) to fight the cancer. It's for people who have not had any prior cancer treatment.

NCT05589818Recruiting· Phase 2
Pembrolizumab for advanced lung cancer without key gene targets

This Phase 2 trial studies pembrolizumab (an immunotherapy drug) in people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer whose disease can’t be treated with curative surgery or combined chemoradiation. It aims to see how well the treatment works and how safely it can be given, especially for people who have not had other cancer medicines for metastatic disease.

Pembrolizumab for advanced lung cancer: T-cell test

This trial tests a drug called pembrolizumab (Keytruda) in people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer who haven't received treatment for metastatic disease. Researchers will also study your T-cells (a type of immune cell) to see if they can predict how well the drug works.

NCT04165798Recruiting
Pembrolizumab with or without chemotherapy for stage IV lung cancer

This trial tests whether pembrolizumab alone, or pembrolizumab plus chemotherapy, can treat stage IV non-small cell lung cancer. It may help shrink tumors and improve outcomes by boosting the immune system, with or without added chemotherapy.

NCT04297605Recruiting· Phase 1
Pembrolizumab plus chemotherapy for advanced lung cancer

This Phase 1 study tests pembrolizumab (an immunotherapy) given together with a chemotherapy drug to treat non-small cell lung cancer that is locally advanced or has spread. It’s aimed at people who can handle treatment with an ECOG performance status of 2, including some with certain types of brain metastases.

NCT03769129Recruiting
Pembrolizumab plus lung ablation for advanced lung cancer

This trial tests whether combining pembrolizumab (an immune treatment) with a lung ablation procedure can be safer and more effective for advanced non-small cell lung cancer after standard first treatment fails or the cancer comes back. It may help shrink tumors and improve control of the disease.
