TH027 for relapsed or refractory solid tumors

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have osteosarcoma, neuroblastoma, stomach cancer, or lung cancer that hasn't responded to standard treatments.
  • Your tumor cells have a specific marker called CD276 on at least 30% of them (your doctor can test for this).
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan (at least about 1 cm in size).
  • Your blood counts, heart, liver, and kidney function are within certain safe limits.
  • You haven't had CAR-T therapy or other gene-modified cell therapy before.
