Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have osteosarcoma, neuroblastoma, stomach (gastric) cancer, or lung cancer that has a specific marker called CD276 (found in more than 30% of the tumor cells).
- Standard treatments (like chemotherapy, radiation, or targeted drugs) have stopped working for you.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan, and your overall health is reasonably good (able to care for yourself, expected to live more than 12 weeks).
- Your heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys are working well enough (you will have blood tests and heart checks to confirm).
- You have not had CAR-T therapy or another gene-modified cell therapy before, and you do not have an autoimmune disease or uncontrolled infections.
