Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older.
- You must have a solid tumor that has returned or not responded to standard treatments, with no curative options available.
- Your tumor must show a specific protein (NKG2DL) on at least 10% of cells.
- You must have at least one measurable tumor on CT or MRI scans.
- You must be in generally good health (able to care for yourself, up and about) and have normal heart and lung function.
- You must have adequate blood counts and kidney and liver function as determined by blood tests.
- You must be willing to undergo a biopsy of your tumor.
- You must agree to participate in a long-term follow-up study for up to 15 years after the trial.
